What we collect
This site has one form. When you use it, we receive what you type into it: your name and email address, which are required, and — depending on which version of the form you use — your firm, your phone number, how you described yourself, whether you are an accredited investor, the opportunity you asked about, and your message. We also receive the name of the page or deal the form was opened from, so your enquiry reaches the right person.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share what you submit with anyone outside TruLife and its affiliates.
How we use it
To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation. Submissions are delivered by email to the TruLife team and are retained in that mailbox. If you asked for investor materials, we use your details to decide what we can send you and to send it.
Requesting materials does not make you an investor, and nothing you send through this form creates an obligation on either side.
Who else sees it
Our website host and our email delivery provider process the submission in order to transmit it. They act on our instructions and for no other purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser and our host keep the ordinary technical records any web server keeps — the request, the time, and the address it came from — for security and diagnostics.
Keeping it secure
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send us account numbers, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through this form.
Your choices
Write to us at info@trulifecommunities.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you have asked us to stop contacting you, we will.
Children
This site is for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
