The thesis

Weatherford sits at the western edge of the Fort Worth market — close enough for the commute, far enough for a yard. Bethel Place was built for the household that wants a house and a neighborhood without a mortgage: every home is single-story, detached or duplex, with a covered porch and private outdoor space, on a gated site with a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, courtyards with pavilions and grill stations, a dog park, a pickleball court, a putting green, walking trails, and a community garden.

It is also the proof of the TruLife model. TruLife Communities developed it, TruLife Build constructed it, a TruLife partner’s firm designed it, and TruLife co-invested with Advenir Oakley Capital. One team made the cost decisions and lives with the consequences.
